Who these terms bind

These terms apply to gymhub.pbdevs.com, operated by PB Devs. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

Separate terms will apply to the GymHub mobile app and to any paid subscription. Those are presented in the app before you create an account or pay for anything, and nothing on this website creates a subscription.

What the site offers

The site describes a product that is in development, collects early access registrations and answers enquiries. Feature descriptions, prices and dates published here reflect our current plan and may change before launch.

Joining the early access list is free and creates no obligation on either side. We may close the list, change the programme or change the launch date.

Acceptable use

Use the site normally. The following are not acceptable and may lead us to block access.

• Automated scraping that degrades the service, or attempts to bypass rate limits
• Submitting other people's personal data to the early access list or the contact form
• Probing, scanning or attacking the infrastructure, or trying to access data that is not yours
• Copying substantial parts of the content for a competing commercial product

Content and trademarks

The text, layout, illustrations and code of this site belong to PB Devs unless credited otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link back. You may not republish whole pages or present the material as your own.

GymHub and PB Devs are our names. Other product names appearing on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

No medical or professional advice

Training and nutrition content on this site is general information, not medical advice. It does not replace consultation with a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian, particularly if you are injured, pregnant or managing a medical condition.

Decisions you make based on this content are your own. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition programme.

Liability and changes

We keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or never goes offline. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies. Polish law governs these terms, and mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
