Who is responsible

The controller of personal data collected through this website is PB Devs, the studio developing GymHub. You can reach us at privacy@gymhub.pbdevs.com for any question or request described below.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, because the scale of processing on this site does not require one under Article 37 of the GDPR.

What we collect and why

This website is a marketing site. It has no user accounts, no payments and no advertising. There are exactly three ways your data reaches us.

• Early access list: your email address, chosen language and the page you signed up from. Legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a). We use it to send one message when the app is ready to install.
• Contact form: the name, email address, subject and message you send. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, Article 6(1)(f).
• Analytics: page views, referrer, approximate country, browser and device type, collected by our self hosted Umami instance only after you accept analytics in the consent banner. Legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a).
• Server logs: your IP address and request details, kept by the hosting layer for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the service securely, Article 6(1)(f).

How long we keep it

Early access addresses stay until the launch campaign ends or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. Contact messages are kept for twelve months after the conversation closes. Analytics data is aggregated and retained for twenty four months. Server logs are rotated after thirty days.

Who else sees it

We keep the number of processors deliberately small. Nothing collected here is sold, rented or used for advertising profiles.

• Hosting and database: our own server infrastructure operated by PB Devs inside the European Union.
• Analytics: Umami, self hosted on the same infrastructure. No data is sent to a third party analytics provider.
• Email delivery: our own mail service, also inside the European Union, used only to send the launch message and to answer your enquiries.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it.

Write to privacy@gymhub.pbdevs.com and we will answer within thirty days. If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to your national supervisory authority. In Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Automated decisions and children

This website does not profile you and does not make automated decisions with legal effects. It is not directed at children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data through the early access list or the contact form.
