Progress

Every number that matters,on one timeline

Strength lives in one app, weight in another and photos in the camera roll. GymHub puts them on a single timeline, which is the only way to tell whether a block worked.

Progress

Measure what actually moved

Records, trends and photos in one place, ready for the coach to read.

  • Weight trend

Daily entries, weekly average and a projection line that shows whether the current rate hits your date.

  • Tape measurements

Chest, waist, hips, arms and thighs with reminders every two weeks and a comparison view.

  • Progress photos

Same pose guides, side by side comparison and local storage by default, never posted anywhere.

  • Personal records

Estimated one rep max per lift, best sets, longest run and every record broken automatically detected.

  • Recovery

Sleep, resting heart rate and HRV imported from your watch, charted against session load.

  • Block reports

A summary at the end of each block: what improved, what stalled and what the coach recommends next.

Honest charts

No vanity metrics,no fake streaks

Charts start at a sensible zero, averages are labelled as averages and estimates are marked as estimates. If a block did not work, the report says so and the coach proposes a different approach. Progress you cannot trust is worse than no progress data at all.

  • Trend over noise
  • Estimates labelled
  • Automatic records
