Five apps, none of whichtalked to each other

GymHub started as a spreadsheet problem. Training in one app, food in another, weight in a third, and a coach who could see none of it.

The problem was never tracking

Plenty of apps log a workout well. Plenty of others log food well. The gap is that none of them can answer the only question that matters when progress stops: given everything I did over the last twelve weeks, what should change next week.

Answering that requires one place holding training, nutrition, body metrics and recovery. Not four exports and a Sunday afternoon in a spreadsheet.

What we decided early

Three rules shaped the product before a single screen was designed. They are the reason some obvious features are missing and some unglamorous ones exist.

  • The free plan has to be genuinely usable, not a trial in disguise
  • Nothing is public by default and no training data is ever sold
  • The coach explains its reasoning, including when it says it does not know

Where the project is now

The iOS and Android builds are in private testing with a small group. This site is the public front of the project: it describes what the app does, what the plans cost and how the data is handled, and it collects the early access list.

We are a small team at PB Devs, which means slower releases and fewer promises than a funded competitor. It also means nobody upstream is asking us to add an advertising slot.

How we work

  • Privacy is the default

Weight, food and photos are private until you deliberately share them, and the export button works on every plan.

  • Honest numbers

Estimates are labelled as estimates, averages as averages, and a block that did not work is reported as one.

  • No shame mechanics

No streak guilt, no red screens, no notifications questioning your discipline. Training is hard enough.

  • Built multilingual

English, Polish, Spanish and German from the first release, including coach replies and the food database.
